For a long time, I chose
to
send more of a "bottom line" consultation generated with form-type
template letters. Each letter was in Word formatted with our
practice logo and could easily be customized. It was simple.
It was accurate. It was fast. For instance,
if I
wanted to report the patients oral hygiene status, in the example below, I would
delete the two words which did not apply to the patient:
