Thank you for completing the reservation request form. As soon as I receive it I will block our master calendar to hold the unit for you and then send you a quote which will include:

• Your base rent
• minus 10% repeat renter discount
• taxes
• cleaning
• The current rental agreement
• AND NO BOOKING FEES

We can use PayPal for credit card transactions, or you can simply mail a check for the full amount. The cancellation policy is that you can cancel anytime up to 14 days without any penalty and receive a full 100% refund.
